Terms and Policies

1. Services

We offer custom AI Agents for customer service, sales, e-commerce, and notifications, with monthly subscription. Prices vary according to customer needs and external API consumption.

2. Subscription and Payments

• •Monthly billing at cycle close.
• •Includes installation, support, and maintenance.
• •Variable charges for external API consumption are reflected in the monthly invoice.

3. Ownership and Use

• •The client's Meta Business account (used for the WhatsApp channel) is the client's own property and responsibility.
• •Citricode retains exclusive ownership of the platform's source code, architecture, dashboards, and proprietary software; the client receives a use license only, as detailed in the Framework Contract (MSA).

4. Privacy and Data

• •We process data to ensure proper service operation and improve user experience.
• •Personal data is deleted upon service termination, except for aggregated metrics or statistics that do not identify users.
• •We comply with applicable security and confidentiality standards.

5. Service Cancellation

• •Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused days.
• •All access and authorizations granted to Citricode are revoked upon service termination.

6. Use of External Providers

• •The service uses Google's Gemini API for AI processing, managed directly by Citricode under its own account. The variable cost of this usage is reflected in the client's monthly invoice as a separate line item.
• •The client's own Meta Business account is required for the WhatsApp channel and remains under the client's sole ownership and billing responsibility.

7. Modifications

Policies may be updated; any changes will be notified to clients.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Province of Buenos Aires.
